Training & Performance

This is for the moment rehab ends and nobody tells you what to do with the shoulder on Monday. It's also for anyone who has decided they want to reach seventy still able to get up off the floor without using their hands, and for athletes who need their season prepared rather than a generic plan.

Usually the diagnosis happens in one place and the training in another, with nobody talking to anybody: the report stays in a drawer and the coach starts from scratch, asking you what happened. Here that loop closes inside the same building. The person training you has read what the person treating you wrote, and works with that limit in front of them.

You notice it most in what doesn't get done: which exercise is pulled, when a progression is held back, and the point at which you're sent back to a consultation because what's showing up isn't ordinary soreness. Strength is the long game — it's what keeps you independent as the years go on — and it's built slowly, with measured load and with reviews along the way.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book an appointment?

By phone or in writing, and online for the things that run on a schedule: wellness, training and classes. Medical appointments are arranged through reception on purpose, so the visit gets the length it actually needs and you're put with the right clinician instead of dropped into the first free slot. We're open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No. This is a private clinic, so you can book directly — no referral letter and no gatekeeping. Reports are a different matter: if you're coming after surgery, an injury or ongoing treatment, bring whatever you have — reports, blood work, scans — because it decides where we start and saves repeating tests you've already had.

Are appointments in English?

Yes, and the appointment itself happens in English: the clinician treating you speaks it, with no interpreter in the room. Say so when you book so you're scheduled with the right person. Your report and instructions can also be given to you in English, ready to take to your doctor at home.

Where are you, and how do I get there?

Méndez Núñez 12, 41001 Seville, between Plaza Nueva and Calle Sierpes, in the old town. From most of the centre it's a walk; the tram stops at Plaza Nueva, a minute away, and there's public parking in the area if you drive.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Not at the moment. Care here is private and paid directly at the clinic — we're not on any insurer's panel. If your policy reimburses, you'll get an itemised invoice and a report of the visit, which is what insurers normally ask for. Check with yours what it needs before you come, so you leave the appointment with it in hand.

Shall we talk?

Tell us what is going on and we will tell you who on the team makes sense to start with. No commitment, no rush.
